Clippers Beat Bucks 128-126

The Bucks rolled into Los Angeles 1-1 on the 5 game road trip. Milwaukee comes in riding high and fresh off the beating the put on the defending champion Golden State Warriors. A game like this vs the Clippers could easily be a game you come in flat and not motivated if your not disciplined. This is what is know as a “Trap game.”

As feared the Bucks cake our flat and let the Clippers get up 15 points in the first half and put themselves in a hole. Luckily they regained focus and stormed to a 64-62 lead going into halftime.

As the 3rd quarter began an all out, bucket for bucket, back and forth battle was underway. By the 4th quarter the energy of Montrezl Harrell was becoming to much. His scrappy play along with the scrappy play of veteran Patrick Beverly became to much. Every time the Bucks made a run the Clippers answered to keep the lead. It took a desperation three point shot that bounced up, rolled around and went in with 6 seconds left to force overtime.

In overtime the back and forth continued but this time the Bucks came up short as time expired. Milwaukee is now 9-3 on the season and heading to Denver to face the red hot Nuggets!

Bucks Destroy Warriors 134-111

Tonight the Milwaukee Bucks faced the toughest test that an NBA team could possibly face. Yes in the middle of the Golden State Warriors dynasty the Bucks rolled into town. Golden State was short Draymond Green who is regarded as one of the best all around players in the league, but don’t feel bad for the Warriors as they suited up 3 Hall Of Famers! With Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson they still have more firepower on the floor then any team in the association.

Coach Mike Budenholzer has got the Milwaukee Bucks looking dangerous. Lead by the Greek Freak, Giannis Antetokounmpo the Bucks came out and made a statement on TNT from the start. Milwaukee won the first quarter by 3 before winning the second by 10 and going into the half with a 13 point lead and Americas eyes open. They added to that by outscoring the Warriors by 13 in the 3rd quarter to make it a 26 point lead at the end of the 3rd. Giannis picked up his 5th foul towards the end of the 3rd that allowed the Warriors  to put together a small run in the 4th.

The game ended with the Bucks winning by 23 points. When the game ended and TNT interviewed Giannis on the court he said on live TV that the Bucks have arrived! When you go into the defending champs building, score 82 points in the paint and play the way they did, the world takes notice!

In the 3rd Quarter Portland started to pull away behind C.J. McCollum and his 19 points on 9-11 shooting from the field. He really got the crowd into the game and took the wind out of the Bucks sails.

The Bucks started to 4th on a 8-0 run to cut he lead down to 6 points behind 3’s from Ersan and Middleton. The problem was after that the Trail Blazers got back to being red hot and knocking down outside shots. Bucks Beat Raptors 124-109; No Giannis, No Problem!

Tonight was a matchup of the only two undefeated teams in the NBA. The only thing was the Greek Freak and The Claw didn’t play. For the Bucks the theme was, No Giannis, No Problem. On a Monday night in Milwaukee the Bucks handled business and ended the night as the only undefeated team in the league.

The Bucks ability to space the floor and shoot from long range is making this an entertaining team to watch. The coach has them playing at a high level and there feeling like a serious threat in the Eastern Conference.

The Bucks again tied a team record with 19 three’s in a game for the second time in a week. Giannis watched and should be proud to know that the organization has put a team around him that that can compete and do damage!

Milwaukee had 6 scorers in double figures as they shot 50% from the field. The Bucks were 21-23 from the free throw line with 57 rebounds on the night.

Giannis Antetokounmpo lead the team with 21 points even though he took a hard fall in the first quarter and only played 19 mins. In those 19 mins Giannis gathered 21 points on 9-12 shooting from the field with 7 rebounds and a block.

Bucks Beat Timberwolves 125-95

The Milwaukee Bucks came out in Minnesota Red Hot! When you go into a game like this you gotta be careful to not take your opponent lightly, the Bucks did not! At half time the Bucks were up by 25 points at 63-38. Middelton and Brogdon each had 13 points and Ersan had 12 at the half. The Greek Freak only had 5 points in the first half but had 5 assists and 9 rebounds. Its not that his offense was down, the Timberwolves were swarming around Giannis and it opened up things for his teammates. Milwaukee hit 10 three pointers in the first half.

In a game that the Bucks controlled all night and Giannis was held to 15 points on 5-9 shooting I noticed the unselfishness in Antetokounmpo. With 6 mins left in the 4th the Greek Freak cam across the screen and was on the bench, bobbing his head and looking totally calm and happy. The team was up 25 and he was not worries about his stats, but the fact that Bucks were on there way to being 5-0.

13 Bucks scored including 12 Bucks players scoring more then 6 points. Thats balance and sharing the load. John Henson also hit two three point shoots for the second time in a game this season. With Lopez, Ersan and now if Henson can keep this up the floor is really going to open up and the Bucks are going to drive teams crazy!
